What decides a driver's pay
Daily hours
A school run and a few errands is lighter than a 7am to 9pm day on call. Agree the normal finish time and what happens after it.
Overtime and late nights
Many families pay extra for late evenings or weddings; agreeing a fixed rate upfront avoids arguments.
Out-of-city travel
Trips to Murree, Lahore or Peshawar mean long days and sometimes overnight stays, usually paid separately with a meal allowance.
Car type and experience
Experience with automatic cars, larger vehicles or executive driving puts a driver higher in the range.
